Use HTML checkboxes when you want to let users select more than one option from a set of options.

To insert a checkbox:
- Place the insertion point inside the form outline.
- Select Insert > Form > Check Box.
A checkbox appears in the document.
- In the Property inspector, set the checkbox properties as desired.
For more information, see Setting checkbox properties.
- To label the checkbox, click beside the checkbox on the page and type the label text.
